Description

We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our Customer Excellence division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg at the earliest possible date.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the customer support process for our partner's tax refund service
  • Participating in projects
  • Processing and managing refund contracts
  • Coordinating complaints with service partners and internal departments
  • Independently handling ticket requests from our partner

Your profile should include:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of experience in a customer and serviceoriented environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork and quick comprehension are among your strengths
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with knowledge of French being advantageous
