Description
We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our Customer Excellence division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the customer support process for our partner's tax refund service
- Participating in projects
- Processing and managing refund contracts
- Coordinating complaints with service partners and internal departments
- Independently handling ticket requests from our partner
Your profile should include:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in a customer and serviceoriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and quick comprehension are among your strengths
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with knowledge of French being advantageous
