The Nursing Directorate is seeking a temporary Deputy Nursing Director (m/f/d) for the Polyclinic/Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory for Internal Medicine II, starting on April 1, 2023, in full-time (38.5 hours/week).

Main responsibilities:

Supporting the Nursing Director in the following areas:
Organization of nursing patient care

Patient- and resource-oriented personnel planning and staff management to ensure high-quality nursing care

Coordination of processes in close collaboration with the medical service and other professional groups

Development of quality standards and support of change processes

Measures for staff development

Requirements:
Successfully completed training in health care and nursing or as an operating room technician, including several years of professional experience (preferably in the operating room)

Appropriate additional qualifications (e.g. further training in nursing unit management or willingness to undergo further training)

Experience in independently implementing reorganization and change processes

Passion for the nursing profession and high motivation to contribute to shaping the work environment
