Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the timely delivery of customer orders
- Monitoring availability and controlling the supply of end devices from inhouse production as well as purchased parts
- Maintaining demand planning in SAP
- Ensuring availability and guaranteeing delivery reliability
- Communicating with other departments
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education with specialized training
- Experience in coordination/dispatch/order processing in a production environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP user knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Strong understanding of processes
- Enthusiasm and high customer orientation
- Communication and organizational skills
