- A minimum of 7 years of experience at ad agency or brand with an award winning portfolio.
- Lead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talents
- Partner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
- See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Review and approve art, design, and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
- Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions

- Bachelors Degree
- A strong Art Direction portfolio, covering multiple industries
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multitask, and pay attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability; ability to work very independently
