The Infinite Agency is looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director, are you one of those? One who is more than a book of work, they are the total package.

DUTIES &


RESPONSIBILITIES:
A minimum of 7 years of experience at ad agency or brand with an award winning portfolio.
Lead and review the work of the creative teams; guiding and inspiring the teams and developing their talents
Partner with strategy on both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
Review and approve art, design, and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions


QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
A strong Art Direction portfolio, covering multiple industries
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multitask, and pay attention to detail
Extremely organized with a professional demeanor and demonstrates an eagerness to lead
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability; ability to work very independently
Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills; positive attitude; natural tendency to be proactive
