    Overview:


    Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Creative Director to bring our brand to life, serve as the brand steward, and to help concept, produce and iterate on our marketing communications.

    Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the expression of Rodeo's brand across all channels, external and internal and ensure that our brand is represented in a unified way.

    You'll be a key member of our small but mighty Support Center marketing team, serving to further our mission of giving every family the key to access high-end dental care.


    What you'll do:
    Serve as the creative leader for Rodeo Dental, managing and refining the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials and bringing our brand to life through a broad range of touchpoints
    Partner with Marketing, Ops and internal stakeholders to bring strategic, on-brand solutions to business needs.
    Evaluate and evolve our systems and processes to continuously improve how we deliver on creative and brand needs.
    Lead the development, production and scheduling Rodeo's social media content calendar.
    Build a team of high-performing outsourced specialists and agency partners to help produce campaigns, content creation and design projects across web, print, collateral and internal communications
    Partner with our Director of Growth to produce and test effective growth creative across paid and owned channels.
    Partner with the marketing team to develop, produce and schedule Rodeo's social media content calendar.

    Oversee all aspects of the Rodeo Dental website, including Blog/SEO content efforts, landing page creation and iteration, and user experience improvements.

    Pitch Creative concepts to stakeholders and provide rationale that address business and creative briefing needs.

    What you bring:
    10+ years in a Creative leadership role, working across a variety of mediums
    Experience in a retail or healthcare environment, translating business needs into customer-centric messaging and campaigns.
    Experience leading, evaluating and sourcing a dispersed team of specialists to meet the needs of projects and initiatives
    Ability to flex between strategic thinking and creative production
    Collaborative, low-ego approach to working across a variety of stakeholders.
