    A Day in the Life:

    The essential functions of this role are as follows:

    • 10-15 years of digital and offline creative design experience in either a creative agency or Internet client-side company
    • Directs the creative development for the various products at the company
    • Possesses a thorough and working understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user-interface design, as well as the technological design industry's best practices
    • Understands how to scale and tailor creative concepts
    • Excellent conceptual and creative skills, as well as superior research, analytical, technical, written, and oral presentation skills
    • Competent in the critiquing of creative concepts and copy and is able to provide clear creative direction that inspires and motivates our internal creative teams
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritize and perform time-sensitive tasks
    • Possesses superior problem-solving, collaborative, and decision-making skills
    • Outstanding interpersonal and group communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as to organize and facilitate team-based sessions, in the development of creative concepts
    • Has expertise in fundamental graphic and digital/interactive tools for creative design
    • Management of creative and website product development team
    • Evolve Academic Partnership's clients' websites and mobile experiences to deliver better engagement through clean and innovative design and UIBe familiar with new AP initiatives and/or partnerships.

    What You'll Need for Success:

    You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

    • 10-15 years of digital and offline creative design experience in either a creative agency or Internet client-side company
    • Has developed B2B and B2C websites
    • Has familiarity with a Content Management System (CMS) for developing websites; preferably Kentico
    • Expertise in web technologies
    • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
    • A proven leader in creative execution, with superior graphic and written skill
    • An excellent communicator who can effectively share creative insights across all internal teams, as well as, with clients
    • Must be able to work independently, but can work effectively in a team environment
    • Has built, hired and managed a creative staff
    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint experience
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and Flash
    • Strong project management experience
    • Believes in fostering a positive work environment
    • An ability to develop and communicate a vision to both the executive management team and the team that will execute it
