    Position:
    Administrative Assistant

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting our school's mission.

    The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our school by providing administrative support to the school's leadership team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
    • Maintain and update student records and files
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
    • Manage school calendars and schedules
    • Prepare and distribute school communication materials
    • Assist with budget tracking and expense management
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to support school operations and initiatives
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
    • Provide support to teachers and staff as needed
    • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
