- Create and maintain a project management report/schedule to track and control project costs
- Obtain proposals for all project phases
- Assist with completing/obtaining and finalizing contracts with contractor(s), subcontractor(s), and consultant(s)
- Facilitate continuous communication between all parties involved in assigned projects to insure everyone is effectively working together and the project is moving forward in a coordinated manner
- Ensure needed project equipment is provided in a timely fashion
- Punch list follow up, purchase and submittal tracking and assure proper distribution of project closeout and turnover documents
- Coordinate all project phases to insure a smooth, high-quality completion on schedule
- Coordinate resolution of any outstanding issues
- Assist the Director of Engineering in all roles on an as needed/available basis
- Comply with all Sunriver policies, procedures and safety regulations as well as Lowe Development Guidelines
- Associate Degree in project management or communications or equivalent work experience in related field is desired
- Proven ability to work independently and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
- Ability, willingness and personal profile to work under high stress situations
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must have valid Oregon Drivers license and meet company driving standards
- Must have excellent leadership skills
- Must be able to act with a high level of autonomy
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, sleet, ice, snow and heat)
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.;
