The Setup Projects team in Sunriver is a small, agile group that works together with quick decision-making processes.

We are convinced that with our solid technical perspective and early budgeting, scheduling, and interface clarification, we can effectively manage even large and complex construction projects.

Throughout the project, we support all phases of the project. With our professional approach, good and open communication, and excellent project management, we find the best solutions for all parties involved, even in difficult situations.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our projects.

Your responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will actively manage our projects in the southern Bavarian region:

  • Determining project costs and tracking them
  • Creating schedules and monitoring deadlines
  • Early and ongoing clarification of interfaces
  • Assembling planning teams
  • Leading all project participants
  • Coordinating with tenants/buyers, including handling special requests
  • Assisting with feasibility studies
  • Conducting commissioning management
Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree with a technical focus (civil engineering or architecture) and have a strong interest in project management.

You have already gained relevant professional experience in this field.

You are highly communicative and organized. You enjoy structuring processes
