    Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days.

    Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.

    What you will be doing:


    The Marketing Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects and campaigns.

    This role requires close collaboration with marketing teams, creative departments, and other cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

    The Marketing Project Manager is specifically responsible for managing and leading the coordination, scheduling, and workflow of all cross-functional marketing projects as well as budget management for creative projects.

    The Marketing Project Specialist reports to the Marketing Project Manager and both act as a liaison between the Brand Design team, Marketing Programs team, and other Hydro Flask teams requesting results.

    They will work cross-functionally both internally and externally with agencies, creative production, product, sales, etc. to own the full life cycle the project from Go To Market kick off to asset delivery.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, to ensure successful marketing campaigns and projects

    Collaborate with Marketing Team leaders to align project goals with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, DTC and external vendors to gather input and ensure project alignment

    Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, and work with team leads to implement solutions

    Communicate project status, changes, and outcomes to partners and senior management to maintain transparency and alignment

    Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate success, gather feedback, and identify areas for process improvement


    Drive conversations with the Project Marketing Specialist and Marketing Leadership to ensure all internal and external resources are being allocated effectively.

    Manage creative project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring all creative project activities remain within the allocated budget.

    Identify cost-saving opportunities and reallocate resources as needed

    Skills needed to be successful in this role:
    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across departments

    Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse partners at all levels

    Understanding of design-related processes such as photography, retouching, printing and production

    Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

    Extremely organized with an eye for detail


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

    3+ years of related experience

    Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or creative environment

    Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis


    Preferred Qualifications:
    PM Certification

    Experienced working within Smartsheets or Basecamp

    Knowledge of print or packaging production

    Experience at major brand / packaging design firms / advertising agency
