    Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

    Location: Bend, OR

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects in Bend, OR. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects. Proficiency in industry-standard tools like BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore is essential for this role, which focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial HVAC projects.
    • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resources.
    • Maintain rigorous control over project budgets and schedules using MS Project.
    • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained with BlueBeam and Procore.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective project execution.
    • Uphold strict quality control standards to exceed client expectations.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and resolve issues promptly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC project management within commercial sectors.
    • Strong command of BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for project documentation and management.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Local to Bend, OR, or willing to relocate, with a stable professional background.
