    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing off-market properties directly from homeowners. This position involves making outbound calls to leads, nurturing relationships with potential sellers, and conducting property visits to assess eligibility for purchase.

    Compensation:

    $70,000 - $100,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to leads interested in selling their homes.
    • Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships.
    • Schedule and attend appointments to visit properties and assess their suitability for purchase.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property assessments and purchase processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and property details in the CRM system.
    • Stay updated on market trends and real estate regulations to provide informed guidance to potential sellers.
    • Meet or exceed monthly targets for property acquisitions and sales conversion rates.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property acquisition.
    • Proven track record of success in outbound sales or customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Willingness to travel locally for property visits as needed.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
