    Job Summary
    This position will assist in the execution of corporate development projects associated with long term growth strategies. Responsible for managing and improving

    processes and operating mechanisms needed to create and manage a funnel of external partnering and acquisition objectives.


    Job Duties:
    Prospect for new opportunities and follow up of incoming leads.

    Make and give presentations to prospective doctors and external parties.

    Gather information from perspective acquisitions and competitor data.

    Qualification of new opportunities and management of the pipeline funnel.

    Create strategies, deal structures, term sheets and action plans to close new deals and meet quarterly goals.

    Work with project teams to ensure acquisitions are executed as agreed.

    Engage executive management in discussion and drive decision making around identified opportunities.


    Engage external stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers, consultants, bankers, and other industry participants) to help identify and advance inorganic growth opportunities, as appropriate.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.

    Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

    Is dynamic, well spoken and articulate.

    Familiarity with project management methodologies.

    Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.

    Proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software.

    Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing opportunities.

    Self-motivated and able to build trusting relationships.
