Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
Oversee an experienced team in the management and support of enterprise-level infrastructure.
Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.
Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
Provide oversight foractivities includingtechnical support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, and telecommunications.
Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
Provide planning, quality assurance, andcontrolsupport (QA/QC).Ensure assigned tickets are addressed with our government client.
Serve as POC for the RNEC to coordinate and schedule exercise support.
Lead a team oftechnicians to install, operate, and maintain the copper, fiber, and coaxial infrastructure.
Design and document new and/or updated inside and outside plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, and fiber optics.

DoD Secret Security ClearanceFive (5+) years experience in telecommunications infrastructure, facility design, and installation.Three (3+)years in a supervisory or lead position.
Knowledge and experience ofBICSI rules, regulations, and standards.
Experience developing layout and design for technology systems including voice, data, and structured cabling.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industry standards and practices.
Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, EIA, TIA, industry standards, and other applicable codes related to the design and layout of IT,and telecommunications systems.
Knowledge of I3A standards, as well as infrastructure planning.Experience withMS Office Suite.
Preferred:
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
Knowledge of TMS I3A and UFC guidelinesKnowledge of TIA/EIA 568 Commercial Building Cabling Standards.
Knowledge of ISP, OSP, ITS, and Land Mobile Radio technologies.
Familiar with C4IM standards, services, and requirements.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyAccurate and precise attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
