Vision IT is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer Lead to support a Network Enterprise program in Fort Stewart, GA

Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to) the following:
Provide high-level individual contributions to system engineering solutions and technical projects.
Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead a team of engineers, analysts, and technicians on complex or long-term projects, ensuring objectives are met.
Serve as the Government's point of contact, coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and other stakeholders.
Ensure contractor activities align with contractual terms and conditions, overseeing adherence to standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Required Education, Experience, Clearance and Certification(s):
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
8-12 years of experience in system engineering or a related technical field.
Advanced proficiency in system engineering concepts and methodologies.
Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team towards project success.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Expertise in contract execution, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.
Proven problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and achieve customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management, preferably in a government or defense contracting environment.
Ability to function effectively in a high-level individual contributor role, without formal supervisory responsibilities.
Experience serving as the Government's point of contact and coordinating with COTR.
Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, with the ability to ensure compliance.
Track record of success in problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
IAT Level III Cert per DoD 8570

Relative industry certification example:
MCSE Certification

Desired Education, Experience and Certifications:
Capable of developing customized tools and utilities used to manage Active Directory objects.
