    Job Description Reveal HealthTech is a dedicated healthcare focused technology services company – helping our clients with a range of AI and product engineering services.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) with expertise in software development, particularly in the realm of ML products and AI features.

    The TPM will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of innovative software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality.


    Project Planning and Management:
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, for ML/AI software development projects.
    Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project goals and success criteria.
    Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipate potential issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
    Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

    Provide guidance and support to team members, removing obstacles and resolving conflicts as needed to keep projects on track.

    Empower and work closely with the project team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes strong partnerships with client team members.

    Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and external partners, through regular meetings and reports.

    Manage client relationships, handling expectations with professionalism, tact, and resilience.

    A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects.

    Previous corporate experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in or with pharmaceutical companies.

    Demonstrated experience working with large cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading through influence rather than authority.
    Experience in client-facing roles, with the capacity to manage demanding clients and maintain positive, productive relationships.

    Ideal candidate would be located on the West Coast, preferably in the Bay Area, to align with the Pacific Time Zone and facilitate seamless collaboration with remote and on-site team members.

    Adaptable and flexible in changing project requirements and priorities
