- Manage customer invoicing processes, including transmission and recording across multiple platforms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and initiate follow-up on overdue balances.
- Maintain customer profiles, project details, and sales orders in the accounting system.
- Reconcile monthly financial statements for bank deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- Oversee Accounts Payable aging reports and employee expense filings for timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, travel guidelines, and expense regulations.
- File commercial taxes, handle annual 1099 reporting, and maintain Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite.
- Analyze and post journal entries, support monthly financial analysis, and assist with year-end audit and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
