- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the target audience, competitive landscape, identifying key trends, opportunities, and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence report, informing product positioning and messaging.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target market.
- Create and manage product launch plans, collateral development, and promotional activities.
- Partner with the product team to ensure our product offerings stay ahead of the curve and address evolving market needs.
- Manage and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand the sales cycle and target market needs.
- Develop impactful sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product brochures, and one-pagers, highlighting product value propositions and key differentiators.
- Create comprehensive process, ensuring successful product adoption.
- Develop clear and concise product messaging that highlights key benefits and value propositions.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling marketing materials, such as website copy, videos, and product demos.
- Provide product training and enablement to sales and customer support teams.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new things.

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Craft, Highspot, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other marketing automation and sales enablement tools.
