    As the Marketing Manager,


    Food & Agriculture, you will successfully apply your knowledge, experience, and passion to support Food & Agriculture global business unit's (F&A GBU) ongoing success.

    This role will help lead the continued transformation of the GBU strategy into relevant and inspiring marketing initiatives that drive business value, revenue, and growth for DLL and our partners.

    You will be developing and co-implementing marketing plans aligned with the GBU global marketing and (US) commercial strategies to create a positive, consistent, and unique positioning and profiling of our financial product within the targeted market segments.

    Day To Day


    Marketing Strategy and Plan – Formulate and implement specific marketing strategies and tactical plans that outline clear commercial targets, priorities, and key success factors in order to contribute to effective and efficient GBU strategy/business plan implementation and goal realization.

    Program Performance Improvement– Initiate and participate in program performance improvements to increase share of wallet and customer/partner satisfaction.
    Content creation and Campaign Initiatives – Responsible for development, execution, and measurement of content strategy for targeted segments. A key focus will be on marketing campaign planning and further embedding digital marketing tactics.
    Marketing Automation– Leverage Marketing Automation Platforms for the development of customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing campaigns.

    Strategic Concept Development – Ensure identification and translation of end-user, dealer and vendor requirements into new concepts and product/service ideas, aiming at the improvement of the competitive position and the product/market portfolio of the Business.

    Customer Experience– develop and coordinate initiatives to enhance customer experience like customer journey interviews, tactical feedback tracking, and surveying.
    New Business Development – Assist in the act of prospecting, driving brand awareness, and leading new program launches.
    Marketing budget – Provide input to annual GBU-specific marketing budget and monitor ongoing spend vs. target – liaise with regions and countries to ensure balance between regional and GBU priorities. Ensure ROI of marketing activities.

    Market Research– Coordinate, initiate, and monitor market research for the GBU to create awareness on market developments and trends, signal business opportunities and threats, and deliver the needed information to management.

    This is in alignment with Market Intelligence counterparts.


    As an integral member of F&A GBU's strategic marketing team, this role reports to the Global F&A Marketing Manager and regularly collaborates with GBU management team members, regional/country commercial leaders and program and sales managers/ members, regional/local country marketing members as well as Group Communications and Global Strategic Marketing functions.

    Essentials

    Bachelor's degree in a marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution
    Minimum of 6 years' experience in relevant (international) marketing roles
    Marketing background with proven experience in both strategic and tactical marketing, integrated and digital marketing
    Ability to deliver strategic growth initiatives in complex business environments
    Customer-facing experience, skilled in providing exemplary service to internal and external customers
    Exceptional project management, event planning, process management, relationship-building, and organization skills
    Ability to work independently but self-motivated to stay closely connected with a globally dispersed team
    Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to communicate big ideas, lead meetings, and presentations
    Identifies opportunities to bring innovation to existing marketing practices, including digital marketing activities
    Makes detailed recommendations as needed to move change forward
    Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously / deadline management
    Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
    Ability to be creative while adhering to corporate and partner brand guidelines
    Agricultural or food processing/packaging industry knowledge and experience.

    Applicable Pay Range

    $102,000 - $153,000

    This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range.

    The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.

    Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.

    DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations.

    The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location.

    Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason.

    Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications.

    Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
