who will report to the Marketing & SalesDirector.
The resource has the responsibility of developing and implementingcompany marketing strategies, planning activities and promoting product ranges,managing resources and the dedicated budget and taking care of effectivecommunication internal and external to the company.
The ideal figure must have gainedsignificant experience, preferably in complex manufacturing companies.From a development perspective,applications from figures who have not yet acquired the full skills of therole, but who want to undertake a solid growth path to achieve completeresponsibility for the function will also be taken into consideration.
Main responsibilitiesSupport the Management in definingthe Marketing Plan, based on analyzes and data collected relating to thepositioning of DUNA products in relation to the markets covered.
Develop operational marketingactivities following the strategy defined in the Marketing Plan, constantlymonitoring the progress of operations.Participate in the definition ofstrategic national and international fairs for the company and take care oftheir organization together with his team.
Identify and suggest the mostappropriate channels and promotion methods for each product category or marketsegment, helping to draw up the function's annual spending budget.
Create a functional team, startingfrom the necessary professional skills and in collaboration with HR, and managetheir professional development, from the organization of work to theidentification and management of training and growth paths.
Identify and manage externalcollaborators or marketing and communication agencies to whom you can outsourceactivities such as logo design, social media marketing or other; negotiateservice costs, delivery times and ensure that contract constraints anddeadlines are respected.
Guarantee and promote continuouscollaboration with all company areas, particularly with Sales, Customer Careand HR.Define a Media Plan, incoordination with the Management, to optimize the use of communication toolsand ensure the creation of constant and correct external and internalcommunication, aimed at encouraging the increase in Brand Awareness, BrandDiffusion and Employer Branding .
Manage the functional KPI dashboardshared with the MARKETING & SALES DIRECTOR; in particular KPIs with whichto evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing actions implemented and thelevel of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Support and coordinate with theGroup's foreign branches in the development of common activities andimprovement projects linked, for example, to the corporate website.
RequirementsMaster's degree inMarketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent
Knowledge of marketing principlesand techniques and branding strategies
Knowledge in digital and socialmedia marketing
Knowledge of the MS Office package,in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM software and CMSweb content management systems
Analytical and data interpretationskills and skills in project management and planning
Decision-making and problem-solvingskills
Excellent knowledge of English,spoken and written, is required
