Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing team, drive strategies, and ensure campaign success.
Type:
Permanent
Hours per week: 40 hours
Location:
Des Moines, IA - Onsite
Day in the Life:
Lead and direct the marketing team, setting objectives and delegating tasks.
Manage end-to-end processes of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimization.
Connect with clients, providing solutions and maintaining a positive focus on project success.
Your Qualifications:
4-6 years of marketing experience, with team management expertise.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven ability to develop marketing plans and lead teams to success.
Familiarity with online marketing trends and tools, including automation and CRM.
Working knowledge of Website design and development.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
