- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to hire, ensuring timely communication, providing feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers, facilitate pre-employment screenings, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and other sources of talent to expand our recruitment network.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.

- Being licensed as Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software applications.
