    **Customer Service Agent - Sell**

    The Customer Service Agent - Sell is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

    The Customer Service Agent - Sell reports to the Driveway Sell Supervisor.

    **Responsibilities**

    Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert

    Set appointments & meet specified monthly targets and goals

    Establishes and attains goals developed by the management

    Attain daily Metrics

    Customer Concierge

    Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customers home.

    Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application

    Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward

    Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email

    Maintain activity log

    Complete vehicle purchases:

    Complete pre-inspection check sheet on all vehicle offers

    Verify vehicle payoff

    Vehicle history report

    Verify required customer documents

    Verify register owner

    Other duties as assigned
