- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to achieve project goals and exceed performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, professional development, and employee retention.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
- Have technical knowledge in both electrical and mechanical engineering to guide and support the engineering team.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have at least 10-15 years experience in the engineering field with at least 5-7 Supervisory or management experience.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align engineering strategies with company financial goals.
- Collaborate with teams to define project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in product development, and testing
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inspire creativity and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resource utilization.
