About the Company:

Our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company based in West Germany, is exclusively seeking a

Director of Manufacturing (m/f/d)

with the following profile:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as head of production according to the German Medicines Act (AMG)
  • Supervision and development of subordinate employees
  • Creation and adherence to budget
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and pharmaceutical regulations (§12 AMWHV) for production and logistics in the areas of packaging and commissioning
  • Ensuring compliant production and storage to maintain required quality
  • Review of production and packaging protocols
  • Monitoring maintenance, facilities, and equipment
  • Ensuring necessary qualifications and validations
  • Compliance with current cGMP rules while considering customer requirements
  • Ensuring ongoing training of staff
  • Reporting to: Managing Director

Our Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences (preferably with a PhD), or Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience with international customers and authorities
