- Operate lab testing equipment to perform applicable testing on product as well as raw materials.
- Review production methods and develops and implements changes to facilitate enhanced safety, quality, and productivity.
- Assists Quality and Production function to develop and meet applicable goals.
- Assist the Printing function with collection and interpretation of all color control data.
- Audit ISO 9001 System & FSSC 22000
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and develop Corrective Actions for Quality/Plant Issues
- Maintain appropriate quality/production data.
- Appropriate to position as determined by the Director of Quality and Safety
- Create or Modify existing Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist in training discussions with Accurate Staff
- Manage Customer Complaints and Inquiries.
- 1 year+ work experience in a Quality Related position
- Exposure to packaging and/or manufacturing industry
- Undergraduate degree in related field (preferred), in science or engineering
- Training in statistical process control and quality control and quality techniques
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems & FSSC 22000 Food Safety Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and the ability to learn other computer systems as required.
- Exposure to laboratory testing
- Any of the qualifications above can be superseded by a Management Decision.
