The Opportunity:

Adobe seeks a Global Security Risk Analyst.

Reporting to the Director of Geopolitical Risk and Strategy, the analyst will collect, assess, and distribute security risk intelligence for company leaders and multi-functional teams, helping ensure the safety and security of Adobe employees, facilities, and operations.

They will analyze and track potential security risks and emerging threats ahead of corporate events and executive travel, and in partnership with other members of the Global Safety and Security team, they will recommend risk mitigation measures, assist with investigations, and contribute to security assessments and crisis management preparedness.

To keep apprised of global developments and security trends, the analyst will build and manage an external network of government officials, security professionals, and other experts, and will help mentor and improve the drafting and analytical capabilities of the Adobe security team.


What You'll Do:

Identify, assess, and analyze global security risks and threats to Adobe, its employees, and operations, including corporate events and executive travel
Monitor open source intelligence, social media, and other sources to collect information on emerging threats and global security developments

Provide actionable global threat intelligence and risk mitigation recommendations to senior leaders and multi-functional teams, to include the Global Safety and Security (GSS) investigations team, the Global Security Operations Center, regional security managers, and the GSS Global Health, Environment and Safety manager.

Collaborate with Adobe team members to implement security risk mitigation measures
Prepare reports and presentations assessing developing global security risks and threats
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to gather information about emerging risks and security trends
Stay updated on standards, methodologies, and technology related to global risk intelligence
Act as an authority on global security matters and provide support to other team members as needed
Coordinate training opportunities for the Adobe operations center team to enable them to enhance their drafting and assessment capabilities
Participate in security risk assessments and crisis management exercises to identify gaps and areas for improvement


What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years in global security threat and intelligence analysis
Excellent writing and analytical skills
A deep understanding of global current events and global political, military, economic, security, and health and environmental developments
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and an ability to build networks with both internal and external partners
Experience in crafting emergency action and business continuity plans
Adaptability to adjust in response to a dynamic and changing threat environment
Proficiency in using advanced risk assessment tools and platforms (experience in Ontic preferred)
Prior experience in crisis management, including participation in drills, table-top exercises, and real-world activations to handle emergencies effectively
Knowledge of analytical risk methodologies and standard processes in risk analysis
Experience in the use of Adobe Products in document drafting and publishing preferred
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 $184,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
