    Responsibilities:

    •Own and manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring candidates resonate with our core values and vision.

    •Utilize market-leading and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.

    •Provide a top-notch candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes.

    •Public speaking and relationship-building, including presentations at universities and professional events.

    •Conduct detailed skills assessments and coordinate with in-field therapists for candidate evaluations.

    Skills:

    •In-depth knowledge of the physical therapy field

    •Strong public speaking abilities

    •Exceptional relationship-building skills

    • Experience in Health Care Setting required
    • Prefer experience in Physical Therapy setting
