    • RECRUITER HIGHLIGHTS

    ~Strong mid-level to senior technical business analyst.

    ~Prior PBM/Health Plan financial experience background needed.

    ~Prior PBM/Health Plan General Finance/Accounting background needed.

    ~Software application development lifecycle experience including discovery & requirements/story development.

    ~Knowledgeable in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) required.

    ~Jaspersoft or Similar Reporting Tools Experience required.

    ~Strong Agile methodology skills.

    ~UX/UI, Visual analytics, and dashboard exp a BIG PLUS.

    ~Liaison to tech and business teams, must be able to interpret requirements in both directions.

    ~Adept to the pressures of a product with high company liability.

    ~Personality - excellent communicator, take the bull by the horns, no handholding, but be able to drive results, sleeves rolled up.

    ~100% remote

    Project Details:

    SS&C is converting their existing MF Cobol based legacy PBM software system to a Java/Cloud based application.

    They currently have 8 teams and are expanding to 13 teams.

    They need more PO's to keep up, because they have PO's currently covering multiple teams right now and they are overwhelmed. The focus of the role is pretty straightforward - identify the "Current State" process in the system they are coming from, identify "Future State" where they are going to, and then create user stories for the Java dev teams.

    They are not doing a direct conversion though; they do want to enhance with new state of the art features at the same time.

    Role Overview:

    SS&C's Joint Venture, DomaniRx, whose goal is to bring about a next generation pharmacy claims platform, is hiring technical BAs. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the Product Owner to understand business requirements and work closely with the Scrum Team to ensure the requirements are clearly understood. This individual should have experience with requirements management, software development methodology and should have worked extensively with business users, programmers, and Quality

    Assurance.

    This is a remote, work from anywhere position.

    Responsibilities:

    •Demonstrates the experience and ability to independently analyze and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables, including project benefits, feasibility, requirements, scope, risks, and justification.

    •Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner.

    •Assists with various tasks throughout the development life cycle of a project.

    •Acts as a support resource to the customer while participating as a member of the project team(s).

    •Mentors and is sought out by less experienced associates for product and application analysis knowledge.

    •Is typically assigned complex projects and situations that have a high degree of customer exposure or company liability.

    •May work on multiple projects simultaneously.

    •Lead requirement analysis, requirement clarification, backlog grooming, story breakdown, and work prioritization for the team by talking to our Product Owner and/or stakeholders.

    •Research and analyze existing functionalities of the systems/applications, work together with the team to design technical solutions.

    •Deliver effective presentations of the deliverables to multiple levels of stakeholders across locations as well as clients.

    •Produce both internal and client facing documentations.

    Qualifications:

    •Product development experience working within an Agile project methodology

    •Experience in accurately gathering, translating, and documenting user stories, requirements/designs to serve as functional specifications from which technical solutions can be developed

    •Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills

    •Ability to work with internal technical teams as well as external clients

    •Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem-solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines

    •Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of work-related experience
