    Sr. Business Analyst Position at Innovative Tech Solutions

    Are you an experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical background? Do you have a proven track record in successfully implementing ChatBot projects? If so, we are looking for you! Join our team and be part of driving successful project outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough business analysis activities to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, such as business cases, requirements specifications, and process flows.
    • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure on-time project delivery.
    • Lead requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.
    • Utilize technical expertise to guide the project team and ensure accurate documentation of technical requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements, tools, and techniques.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles, focusing on technical projects.
    • Experience with ChatBot projects is a plus.
    • Thorough understanding of business analysis processes, methodologies, and tools.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a talent for innovative solutions to complex issues.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
    • Proven track record of collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferred experience in the telecom industry.
