Department: Enterprise Executive Office
Salary Hiring Range: $65,000- 80,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)
NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
FLSA: Exempt
Career Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will exercise independent judgement, maintains a high-level of confidentiality, demonstrates initiative, balances multiple tasks, and manages many competing priorities.
This position provides a high degree of autonomy in providing effective executive-level administrative support. Performs a variety of complex and routine activities and handles various forms of privileged and highly confidential information. Works independently within defined schedules. Maintains a position of high visibility to board members and key volunteers. Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
Six (6) or more years of demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership including managing complex schedules and meetings, developing documents and handling logistics or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Hybrid employees must work a minimum of 20% in the office.
