$46.42 per hour


Position Summary
This position is responsible for various administrative support tasks for executives across the client's business unit(s).


Responsibilities

  • Anticipate executive (and team) needs and proactively take appropriate action
  • Calendaring for team members, managers, and executives
  • Draft/modify reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and communications
  • Manage assigned incoming and outgoing correspondence on the executive's behalf
  • Manage travel itinerates of executives including meeting/event logístical planning
  • Manage assigned procurement, expense reporting, and inventory management items
  • Manage some correspondence with customers, external partners and vendors/suppliers
  • Occasionally work 40+ hours in a week to meet certain team milestones
  • Perform other duties as needed

Education and Credential Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent, some college level education highly preferred
  • Eligible to work in the US without RLA sponsorship for employment visa status

Experience Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • 3+ years of experience providing general administrative assistance team support
  • Experience calendaring for upper level executives
  • Experience booking and managing travel
  • Experience managing vendor/supplier relationships
  • Experience communicating directly with customers and external partners

Skills Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • High proficiency using productivity software such as M365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint)
  • Ability to use project/program management principles and methodologies to consistently meet task deadlines, triage changing priorities, and track issues to resolution
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams with a customer service mindset

Work Environment

  • The position typically operates in a standard office environment and/or from employee's home
  • This is an onsite position located in Spring, Texas
  • Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
