    Sales Account Executive

    Reporting Structure:
    You will report to the Regional VP, Sales.

    Location:
    San Jose Bay Area, CA.

    • To succeed and exceed your targets:
      • Take ownership of revenue generation by identifying and pursuing opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and executing tailored account strategies.
    • Conduct customer meetings and presentations, delivering compelling pitches to showcase the value proposition.
    • Generate leads through active participation in events, fostering relationships with potential clients.
    • Provide technical expertise, address inquiries, and deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
    • Lead RFX responses, collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals.
    • Coordinate solution design to ensure alignment with client requirements.
    • Define strategic alignment and contribute to future product roadmap initiatives.

    Key Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree with extensive work experience, Master's degree preferred. Proven track record in new business development within the Software Industry. Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus. Ability to travel extensively, engaging with clients and representing the company.

    Required Skills:
    Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, business process management, consultative selling, energy in dynamic environments, experience with channel partners, proficiency with Salesforce, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Salary Information:
    Base salary + incentives ranges from $260,000 to $315,000 annually based on qualifications and market data. Additional benefits include equity, comprehensive medical benefits, and more.
