DUTIES

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Lead a team of two analysts in the development and reporting of the annual budget, monthly actuals/forecast and rolling 5-year plan for the North America Region.
Analyze the trends of key performance indicators, especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, margins and cash flow. Monitor and identify causes of unexpected variances.
Present monthly and quarterly financial reports for the region and business units to the NA and Italy Leadership Team.
Identify and implement business intelligence tools and dashboards to aid in the day-to-day management of the business.
Manage the SG&A tracking and cost variance analysis vs budget and forecast on monthly basis.
Perform adhoc business analytics and reporting upon request.
Assists external and internal auditors as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR OTHER SKILLS

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in applicable field
6+ years of applicable leadership experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as general computer skills. Power BI or AI experience a plus.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience with an integrated ERP system, specifically SAP. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Strong communication skills (Spanish/ Italian language skills are a plus).
