Under the direction of the EVP, Chief Banking Officer, develop and execute a digital strategy and product roadmap aligned with the company goals.

Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital products. Oversee the development of key products that optimize and support revenue growth in business and consumer. Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

This team supports product and customer reporting and will be committed to leveraging data driven insights to enhance decision making and drive business growth.

Digital Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall digital product strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Oversees the development of the product roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic objectives and customer feedback.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, analyzing product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Champion a usercentric approach to product development, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform product decisions.

Product

  • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of highquality products, focused on feebased services and treasury management.
  • Ensure the roadmap is communicated effectively across the organization.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and postlaunch optimization. Drive continuous improvement through datadriven analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Business lines, Technology and marketing and customer experience to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. Champion a crossfunctional approach to product development and delivery.

Reporting

  • Oversee the development and implementation of reporting processes, analytics frameworks, and data visualization techniques to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Follow a governed approach to data collaborating with the business, finance, technology, and human resources to meet our customer and product reporting needs. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies and procedures.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, building strong communication routines, and gaining buyin for digital and product innovation.
  • Build and Mentor a high performing team of digital, product and reporting professionals fostering a culture of collaboration with key stakeholders and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our products. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovations at all levels.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to support their growth and success.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes creativity, continuous learning, and diversity of thought.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 1520 years in digital and product role and 5 to10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing digital strategy, product development, and reporting functions.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
