Job Description and DutiesThis position is a hybrid, in-office/telework position, and may be subject to change.
Remote-centered is defined as the team member working fifty (50) percent or more of their time at an approved alternate work location.
Incumbent must live and work in California. Incumbent can be required to report to the office (9838 Old Placerville Rd. Sacramento CA 95827), or any designated location at any time. Telework agreements can be modified and/or cancelled at any time.Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), Fleet Acquisitions Unit (FAU), the incumbent performs analytical duties.
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
The California Department of Corrections Rehabilitation (CDCR) Headquarters has implemented a new automated system to streamline the hiring process.
The Human Resources Technology System (HRTS) is an intuitive, userfriendly system that provides the applicant access to realtime updates throughout the hiring process.
HRTS will require new candidates to set up an account, which allows them to track their application's progress.Through their account portal, candidates will also be able to provide any additional information needed in the hiring process, including setting up interviews as needed.
