Short Summary:
The Commission Agreement Officers in the Administrative and Financial Management Services Division, Contracts, Grants & Loans Unit perform duties related to contract and grant administration, recipient compliance, and consultation on procurement activities performed within the California Energy Commission (CEC). These positions will work independently on fiscal and program activities that are an integral part of the analyst's responsibilities. These positions will also assist in the planning, development, accounting, evaluation, award, fiscal compliance, and reporting of the contracts, grants, and loans programs.
