- Set up, operate, and maintain multiple production machines/processes.
- Manage spool loading/unloading, material weighing, and chemical bath maintenance.
- Ensure thorough logging for quality control and traceability.
- Perform machinery adjustments, electrical and quality tests, and part changes.
- Clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Conduct product tests, operate ovens, and utilize testing tools.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods, including storage and movement.
- Prepare final products for shipment and maintain cleanliness in work areas and equipment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mathematical skills covering various units of measure.
- Proficiency in using production tools and reading a micrometer.
- Previous manufacturing experience with a focus on detail and task prioritization.
- Effective English language skills for reading, writing, and communication.
- Flexibility for overtime work as needed.
