- Support the execution of our digital media campaigns across digital channels like Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Digital Video.
- Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to receive and interpret results via marketing mix modelling, match-market tests, and ad hoc analyses.
- Responsible for monitoring campaign KPIs, making optimizations, and assist in various reporting communications.
- Assist in the management of budget allocation to hit campaign KPIs.
- Partner with and prioritize work for external media agency of record team.
- Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding campaign execution.
- Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations and action plans based on data.
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with or at a media buying agency.
- Background in programmatic media buying for paid search, display, paid social, digital video, and digital audio.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies & tools (web analytics, tag management, ad servers, attribution, etc.)
- 5+ years of marketing or media buying experience
- Expertise in MS Office especially MS Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and charts/graphs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The Digital Marketing Program Manager is a key position in managing the strategy and day-to-day media responsibilities driving the growth of The Program Manager partners extensively with the broader marketing team, creative teams, analytics, and external media agencies. Candidates who would be successful in this role are described as having a passion for media activation, operational excellence, driving results, and communicating performance. The Program Manager must have strong first-hand knowledge of attribution and media measurement. Where there are bold new opportunities to enable automation, personalization, and other new solutions at scale, the Program Manager is eager to research, propose and activate.
