    Job Description & Responsibilities:

    • Provide financial information to management and prepare reports
    • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
    • Document financial transactions
    • Recommend financial actions after analyzing accounting options
    • Summarize current financial status while preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
    • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
    • Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies
    • Maintain financial security by following internal controls
    • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements

    Qualifications / Skills:

    • SAGE Accpac skills preferred or equivalent ERP experience
    • Advanced Excel skills to include pivot tables, macros, etc.
    • Deadline-Oriented
    • Confidentiality
    • General Math Skills

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in accounting required
    • Minimum 3 years experience in accounting
    • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
    • Notary public
