We are proud to be a woman-owned, second-generation family business serving the community since 1986 and are seeking a Customer Service professional to complete our team.

We have grown our business by providing an exceptional customer experience, and this client-focused position is the first point of contact for most of our customers.

Your professionalism will set the stage for all future interactions, and your ability to secure an appointment or maintenance membership during the call is vital to our overall success

The core responsibilities of this position are:

• Taking incoming calls to answer general customer questions.
• Proficiency in managing and responding to multiple phone lines is required.
• Booking service and estimate appointments for existing customers and new prospects.
• Scheduling appointments to accommodate customer availability while maximizing travel efficiency.
• Outbound calling for customer followup and sale of recurring services.
• Timely and accurate logging of customer calls and account activity.
• Administrative duties including mail distribution, ordering office supplies, accepting deliveries and assisting with accounts payable and data entry.
• Experience with Service Titan or a similar software platform is a plus.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
