    Description
    • Prepare cost centre and segment management reports for department heads and monthly financial presentation on results to executive management.
    • Ensure supporting investment committee policy and procedures for the Firm.
    • Manage and direct rolling financial forecast and annual budget of management perspective.
    • Maintain new business segment profitability studies to ensure compliance.
    • Manage and direct FP&A with year-end audit requirements.
    • Preparation of monthly Management Discussion and Analysis
    • Partner with departments to produce analysis across horizontals and verticals within the business on a monthly basis.
    • Deploy Power BI and maintain the output of Daily / Monthly dashboards of financial and non-financial performance across the business
    • Work with department heads to produce a variety of financial performance analysis for the appropriate management decision making.
    • Assist department heads with ad-hoc analysis of financial results.
    • Assist CFO with development / analysis of variances against plan.
    • Develop and maintain daily dashboard (financial and non-financial KPIs).
    Requirements:
    • Advanced financial accounting / data modelling (Excel /BI) knowledge.
    • BSc in Finance / Business Administration with satisfactory academic performance. MBA desirable.
    • CFA preferred, but not required with right combination of academics and experience.
    • 3-5 Years management experience in FP&A within a professional services corporation that generates revenue in excess of $100 million.
    • Experience in managing diverse teams.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
