    Description

    Immediate need for a talented Call Center / Customer Service - Rep 1. This is a 08+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Jeff Commerce Louisville, KY (Onsite,Once they are fully trained, they can work from home).     Job ID:

    Pay Range: $15/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

    Dress Codes: Business Casual

    NOTE: Must have relatable internet that can handle VPN access

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
    • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
    • Provide accurate information to the caller.
    • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
    • Resolve the callers needs.
    • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
    • Follow RxCrossroads policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

    Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

    • Required Keywords: (CSR OR CUSTOMER OR SERVICE OR 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' OR 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT' OR REPRESENTATIVE) AND (CALL OR CALLING OR PHONES OR INBOUND OR OUTBOUND) AND (PRESCRIPTIONS OR PHARMACIST OR CLINICAL OR PATIENT OR HIPPA OR MEDICATION OR PRESCRIBER OR PHARMACEUTICAL OR HEALTHCARE OR MEDICAL OR HEALTH OR MEDICARE OR HOSPITAL OR PHARMACY OR PHARMA OR INSURANCE OR PHARMACIES OR MEDICATION OR BENEFITS OR COMPLAINTS OR ESCALATING OR ESCALATE OR PROCESSING OR INFORMATION) AND (EXCEL OR MICROSOFT OR WORD OR COMPUTER OR OUTOUND OR EMAILING)
    • Previous call center experience preferred.
    • Previous healthcare experience desired
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
    • Call center experience.
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Email
    • Word/Excel basics?
