    Responsibilities


    The Patient Support Representative is responsible for providing support to patients and healthcare providers through the following various duties: Schedules are M-F and vary from 8am to 8pm.

    Hybrid options available for select employees.

    High Volume Inbound Call Center Experience a Must Have

    Inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other requests

    Meet or exceed service level goals.

    Capture information, update systems, and investigate and resolve issues that arise during interactions with patients and healthcare providers.

    Respond to program inquiries, report adverse events, and execute day-to-day operations.

    Maintaining patient confidentiality is crucial in this role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
