    Description

    Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently and accurately process daily activities for all asset types, including Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, and CDS.
    • Investigate discrepancies by reviewing source documentation and faxes from the agent bank.
    • Review system-generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of facilities and handle exception items.
    • Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to accurately reflect data in the system.
    • Handle requests from different departments/clients within a one-hour turnaround.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • WSO and/or LoanIQ processing experience.
    • Experience in private debt and broadly syndicated loan processing.
    • Experience in syndicated loan-specific cash reconciliation and/or position reconciliation.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or Economics.
    • 3 - 8 years of work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry.
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with Power Bi and/or Tableau.
    • Exceptional skills in listening to clients, and articulating ideas and complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Goal and action-oriented, with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to manage projects independently when required.
