    Description
    Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a


    Responsibilities:
    Efficiently and accurately process daily activities for all asset types, including Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, and CDS.
    Investigate discrepancies by reviewing source documentation and faxes from the agent bank.
    Review system-generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of facilities and handle exception items.
    Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to accurately reflect data in the system.
    Handle requests from different departments/clients within a one-hour turnaround.
    Complete special projects as assigned.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    WSO and/or LoanIQ processing experience.
    Experience in private debt and broadly syndicated loan processing.
    Experience in syndicated loan-specific cash reconciliation and/or position reconciliation.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or Economics.

    • 8 years of work experience within the financial and/or syndicated loan industry.
    Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Experience with Power Bi and/or Tableau.
    Exceptional skills in listening to clients, and articulating ideas and complex information clearly and concisely.

    Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with senior members of client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

    Goal and action-oriented, with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to manage projects independently when required.
