    $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus + Generous Benefits

    HYBRID Client Support Specialist Job Description


    Our client in the eco-responsible packaging industry is looking for a Client Support Specialist to add to their mission-driven team outside of Manchester, New Hampshire.

    Your primary responsibility will be to proactively assist customers by handling a variety of tasks, including responding to inquiries via multiple channels, processing orders, ensuring client satisfaction through follow-up calls, managing order tracking, and coordinating logistics.

    To thrive in this position, you should be a natural "people person" with strong written and verbal communication skills, and find fulfillment in the versatility of tasks, as no two days are the same.

    HYBRID Client Support Specialist Responsibilities

    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, chat, and email
    • Provide quotes and product information
    • Process web, phone, and email orders
    • Follow up with new clients via phone to ensure satisfaction
    • Update HubSpot for accurate communication records
    • Manage order tracking and process returns
    • Obtain freight quotes
    • Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers
    • Handle delivery logistics
    • Process and pack sample orders
    • Collaborate with marketing team to boost inbound leads

    HYBRID Client Support Specialist Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • B2B Client Support experience required
    • CRM Experience required
    • Passion for environmental sustainability and green initiatives required
    • Must be willing to work at least two days in office
