As a Senior Tax Manager and Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the tax practice area within our company.
With your expertise and leadership skills, you will lead a team of tax professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services to our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned public accounting professional to take on a strategic role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support on tax-related matters
Develop and implement tax strategies and initiatives to optimize tax planning and compliance for our clients
Review and analyze complex tax issues, providing guidance and recommendations to clients
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying tax planning opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of tax services within our overall service offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any tax-related concerns or inquiries
Monitor the performance and productivity of the tax practice area, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; master's degree preferred
CPA or EA licensure strongly preferred
Minimum of 5+ years experience in tax accounting
Sophisticated knowledge of income tax planning, compliance, and consulting
Proficiency with TaxAct Professional (or similar tax preparation software), Microsoft Office
Working knowledge for filing 1040, 1041, 1120, and 709 tax returns
Valid PTIN
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and solve problems
Compensation:
$100, $150,000.00 per year

The Bedford NH office opens and Staff Hunters begins working with more and more clients in the greater Manchester marketplace.
The personalized approach, consistency and high quality control creates a distinct competitive advantage in a market where fast growth at any cost is the norm.
2008
Ari joins the Bedford office of Staff Hunters to focus on building a Senior-level Finance practice in Southern, NH and Northern, MA.
Sara opens the Administrative practice in Bedford and makes an immediate impact in the scope and depth of the recruiting and placement in the office.
The Bedford office grows and Tony makes plans to transition toward retirement. Raven Ridge is founded and acquires the Bedford location. The office expands and moves to a larger space in Bedford, NH. Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.

A banner year for finding great team members Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business.
