Summary of position-The Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing efforts and strategies across the organization while managing and mentoring a high-performing team to meet business goals and objectives.
This position will have a strong focus on growth strategy and performance marketing needs, and will develop creative communications strategies that grow the brand while collecting and analyzing metrics to support overall marketing initiatives.
As needed, this role will provide support with events and will work with leadership to drive a holistic strategy, execution, and return on investment of trade shows/conferences, and EAG-hosted events.
Develop and drive marketing strategies and initiatives in alignment with business goals and objectives.Responsible for being the brand's steward, ensuring consistency and impact across all touch points.
Develop clear, differentiated brand positioning and drive messaging that effectively communicates the brand and value proposition to target audiences.
Supervise the creation of premium content and promotional materials that adeptly articulate the brand's value proposition.
Guide and assist in the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of market data to inform short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
Directly supervise and mentor a high-performing Marketing team, establishing a positive and collaborative team environment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Excel (including MS Office), Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong visual communicator and writer.
Strong analytical skills and mindset.
Profound understanding and knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Profound knowledge of market research practices and expertise in utilizing marketing automation tools and data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
Possess a thorough understanding of various marketing strategies and stay abreast of evolving industry trends to ensure the company remains competitively positioned.
Education & Experience-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role scope.
A minimum of 3 years of team management experience preferred.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and working with other department leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Experience within luxury brands/markets and aviation preferred.Schedule & Travel-This position is primarily located in Columbus, OH and may include work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week.
